Weekly Coaching & Updates: $20/week

For those who need flexibility and convenience, online coaching gives you the freedom to train anytime, anywhere—without losing structure, support, or results. Through a personalised app, you’ll receive the same tailored approach as in-person coaching, but in a way that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Every programme is built around your goals and may include:

  • A customised training plan designed specifically for your body and objectives ($100 per new programme)

  • Step-by-step workouts with video demonstrations so you know exactly what to do

  • Regular check-ins, updates, and adjustments to keep you accountable and progressing ($20 per week)

  • Expert support that combines my knowledge as a Certified Personal Trainer and Remedial Massage Therapist

  • Programmes for strength training, weight management, pre & postnatal fitness, and event preparation
